Self-Awareness
As Executive Coach, I guide my clients, as individuals or groups, in exploring self, and self-awareness. This process may be supported by a self-assessment test (Everything DiSC® Essentials, Schein’s career anchors), a 360-degree feedback (GELM®), or drawing. Trained as Executive Master in Change at INSEAD (EMC) and accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), I use socio-analytic methods and ‘self-as-instrument’.
Transformation
Too many transformations and change projects fail. The failure rate in organisations increases if counter-productive organisational system dynamics, weak company culture or loss of trust in leadership are suppressed instead of brought to the surface of awareness. Not following through with anticipated changes leads to significant sunk costs and missed business opportunities. Creativity-based development provides the safe space to explore new information from the individual and collective unconscious, such as hidden resistance and dynamics in groups. Perceived challenges may morphe into promising opportunities and measurable growth.
Creativity
I engage my clients in an experiential, creative and culturally diverse learning experience, using socio-analytic methods, thus supporting the process of discovering their unleashed creative potential.
For creativity to be sparked by location and physical space, for example in the realm of a workshops conducted at Casa Hygge in the beauty and tranquillity of Montferrat, Piedmont, Italy.
Consulting
As process engineer and change consultant, I partner and collaborate with prozessraum AG as senior consultant, using practice-oriented, collaborative methodologies and interventions to support clients in continuously improving operational excellence, team performance, and digitalisation.
Pricing
Average hourly, daily or weekly rates apply. Office facilities, workshop venues, and offsite locations are charged ‘at cost’, in addition – if applicable – travel and accommodation.
