Passionately driving organisational change and transformation in today’s complex and volatile world requires positivity, resilience, and a continuous learning mindset. In this environment, organisations and executives experience a variety of challenges: transformation anxiety, diversity biases, trust issues, diminishing creative energy, to name but a few. Neither sufficiently understood nor brought to the surface of awareness, these challenges can lead to change resistance and hidden system dynamics.  

Trained as Executive Master in Change at INSEAD (EMC) and accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), I use the systems psychodynamic lens to explore, with my clients, their surrounding system, and its hidden dynamics. Creativity-based development provides the safe space to exploring and surfacing new information from the individual and collective unconscious. These may spark new ideas and narratives imperative for humanising and advancing strategy formulation and execution.  

 

My cross-functional expertise obtained in process engineering (Dipl. Ing. FH), international business (MBA), and 20 years leading talents and transformations in global organisations, allows me to join my clients in taking a perspective ‘on the dancefloor’ and ‘from the balcony’. As working mother (About me), I act as trusted thinking partner for women striving for family and career goals simultaneously, and their executive sponsors, too. 

Failing to see the big picture leads to tunnel vision and the rushed focus on biased, ineffective solutions. Addressing own and systemic challenges with a positive, creative mindset and turning them into opportunities enhances personal and organisational transformation. 

Who are my clients? 

My clients are executives in tranformation, both private and institutional. Given my half-German, half-Japanese background, and my international work experience, I am proactively engaged in Switzerland, Germany, Singapore, and Japan. My clients are based internationally.
