About deep transformation & my continuous learning curve – article in prozessraum

Passionately driving organisational change and transformation in today’s complex and volatile world requires a great amount of positivity, resilience, and a continuous learning mindset. This is true for experts and leaders especially, and for all employees more generally.
For me it is useful to take the three following perspectives, when leading and navigating through deep transformation. These also reflect my personal learning curve.

Sharing a personal story of transformation and reflecting it one week later with my INSEAD friend and host Nicolai Banck beamed me back 15 years into my first learning joureny as a leader and simultaneously being a mother of two amazing boys. It allowed me to give advice to my 32-year-old self, from a balcony perspective. Moderated reflections and learning from them as individual or as a group can be so valuable and are key topics of my serving organisations as independent consultant and coach for change.
